Title: Kvasenaky (Dill Pickles)

Yield: 1 Batch

  Cucumbers; freshly picked
  Several sprigs of dill
4 Or 5 garlic cloves
1/4c100% grain vinegar
1cCanning salt
  ;Warm water

Wash cucumbers and pack them into a wide-mouth gallon jar. Add dill, garlic and vinegar. Dissolve salt in enough warm water to fill jar and close. Let stand 5 or 6 days. Place in refrigerator and use as needed.
